كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) يَسْتَحِبُّ إِذَا دَخَلَ وَ إِذَا خَرَجَ فِي الشِّتَاءِ أَنْ يَكُونَ ذَلِكَ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّ اللَّهَ اخْتَارَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَيْئاً فَاخْتَارَ مِنَ الْأَيَّامِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ .
Translation
Ahmad, from Al Husayn, from Al Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It was so that Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> loved to come over (back from a journey), and when he<sup>saww</sup> went out (on a journey) in the winter, that is would happen to be during the night of Friday. And Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Chose something among everything, so He<sup>azwj</sup> Chose from the days, the day of Friday’.
