سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) هَلْ قَبْلَ الْعِشَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ وَ بَعْدَهَا شَيْءٌ قَالَ لَا غَيْرَ أَنِّي أُصَلِّي بَعْدَهَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَ لَسْتُ أَحْسُبُهُمَا مِنْ صَلَاةِ اللَّيْلِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Is there anything before the <span class="iTxt">Al-Isha</span> the last and after it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No, apart from that I<sup>asws</sup> tend to pray two <span class="iTxt">Rak’at</span> of <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span> after it, and I<sup>asws</sup> do not reckon these two to be from the night <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span>’.
