John Shaqi

قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) الرَّكْعَتَانِ اللَّتَانِ قَبْلَ الْغَدَاةِ أَيْنَ مَوْضِعُهُمَا فَقَالَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ فَإِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ فَقَدْ دَخَلَ وَقْتُ الْغَدَاةِ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Ibn Azina, from Zurara who said, ‘I said to Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The two <span class="iTxt">Rak’at</span> which are before the morning, where is their place?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Before the emergence of the dawn. So when the dawn emerges, so the time for the morning has entered’.
