سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ فَاتَتْهُ صَلَاةُ النَّهَارِ مَتَى يَقْضِيهَا قَالَ مَتَى مَا شَاءَ إِنْ شَاءَ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَ إِنْ شَاءَ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al-Halby who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> was asked about a man for whom the daytime <span class="iTxt">Salāts</span> were missed out, when should he fulfil them?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Whenever he so wishes to. If he so desires to, after <span class="iTxt">Al-Maghrib</span>, and if he so desires to, after <span class="iTxt">Al-Isha</span>’.
