قَالَ اعْلَمْ أَنَّ النَّافِلَةَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْهَدِيَّةِ مَتَى مَا أُتِيَ بِهَا قُبِلَتْ .
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Amro Bin Usman, from Muhammad Bin Uzafir, from Umar Bin Yazeed, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Know, that the optional (Salāt) is at the status of a gift. Whenever one comes up with it, is Accepted’.
