John Shaqi

السُّنَّةُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْأَمْصَارِ أَنْ يَبْرُزُوا مِنْ أَمْصَارِهِمْ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ إِلَّا أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يُصَلُّونَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, raising it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The Sunnah upon the people of the city is that they should be going out from their cities during the two Eids, except for the people of Makkah, for they would be praying <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span> in the Sacred Masjid’.
