John Shaqi

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لِجَبْرَئِيلَ ( عليه السلام ) يَا جَبْرَئِيلُ أَيُّ الْبِقَاعِ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ قَالَ الْمَسَاجِدُ وَ أَحَبُّ أَهْلِهَا إِلَى اللَّهِ أَوَّلُهُمْ دُخُولًا وَ آخِرُهُمْ خُرُوجاً مِنْهَا .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jabir, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said to Jibraeel<sup>as</sup>: ‘O Jibraeel<sup>as</sup>! Which spot is the most Beloved to Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic?’ He<sup>as</sup> said: ‘The Masjid, and the most Beloved of its people to Allah<sup>azwj</sup> is the first of them to enter it and the last of them to exit from it’.
