سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنا مَوالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوالِدانِ وَ الْأَقْرَبُونَ وَ الَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمانُكُمْ قَالَ إِنَّمَا عَنَى بِذَلِكَ الْأَئِمَّةَ ( عليهم السلام ) بِهِمْ عَقَدَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَيْمَانَكُمْ .

محمد بن یحیی، احمد بن محمد بن عیسی سے، وہ حسن بن محبوب سے، وہ کہتے ہیں: میں نے ابو الحسن الرضا علیہ السلام سے پوچھا ان کے اس فرمان کے بارے میں، جو عزت و جلال والے ہیں: “اور ہم نے ہر ایک کے لیے وارث مقرر کیے ہیں، اس میں سے جو والدین اور قریبی رشتہ دار چھوڑ جائیں، اور وہ جن سے تمہارے دائیں ہاتھوں نے معاہدے باندھے ہوں” انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: “بلکہ اس سے مراد ائمہ عليهم السلام ہیں۔ انہی کے ذریعے اللہ عز و جل نے تمہارے معاہدوں کو پختہ کیا ہے۔”
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub who said, ‘I asked Abu Al-Hassan Al-Reza<sup>asws</sup> about the Words of the Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h33"><a href="/books/quran:4#h33">[4:33]</a></a> And to every one We have appointed heirs of what parents and near relatives leave</span>,<span class="ibTxt"> and as to those with whom your right hands have ratified agreements</span> He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘But rather, it Means by that, the Imams<sup>asws</sup>. By them has Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Ratified your agreements’.
