سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَغِيبُ عَنْهُ مَالُهُ خَمْسَ سِنِينَ ثُمَّ يَأْتِيهِ فَلَا يُرَدُّ رَأْسُ الْمَالِ كَمْ يُزَكِّيهِ قَالَ سَنَةً وَاحِدَةً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Rifa’at Bin Musa who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the man whose wealth was hidden from him for five years, then it came to him, so he did not reject the capital wealth. How much should he purify (pay <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span> on)?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘One year’.
