بَاعَ أَبِي أَرْضاً مِنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بِمَالٍ فَاشْتَرَطَ فِي بَيْعِهِ أَنْ يُزَكِّيَ هَذَا الْمَالَ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ لِسِتِّ سِنِينَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘My<sup>asws</sup> father<sup>asws</sup> was sold a land by Suleyman Bin Abdul Malik for cash, so he<sup>asws</sup> stipulated in his sale that he would pay the due <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span> on this wealth from him for six years’.
