Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Abdullah Bin Al Mugheira, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who had some wealth for him, deposited, until when it was the head of the year, he spends it before a year passes by over it. Is charity (<span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>) upon him?’ Heasws said: ‘No’.
