Translation
Hammad Bin Isa, from Hareyz, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘A man did not pay <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span> on his camel or his sheep for two years, Then he sells it stipulating upon the buyer that he would be paying the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span> on it on what has passed’. Heasws said: ‘Yes, its <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span> would be taken from him, and the seller would pursue with it or else the seller would have to pay the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>’.
