John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ مُصَابَةٍ وَ لَهَا مَالٌ فِي يَدِ أَخِيهَا هَلْ عَلَيْهِ زَكَاةٌ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ أَخُوهَا يَتَّجِرُ بِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ زَكَاةٌ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Abbas Bin marouf, from Ali Bin Mahziyar, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Muhammad Bin Al Fazl, from Musa Bin Bakr who said, ‘I asked Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> about a possessed woman, and for her is some wealth in the hands of her brother, ‘Is the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span> upon him?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If her brother were to trade with it, so <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span> would be upon him’.
