Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from one of our companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws regarding a man who places a thousand Dirhams for his dependents as expense money, and a year passes by upon it. Heasws said: ‘If he was staying, there would be <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>, and if he was absent, it would not be subjected to <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>’.
