Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Ali Bin Yaqteen who said, ‘I said to Abu Al-Hassanasws the 1st, ‘A man dies, and upon him is the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>, and he bequeaths that the Zakāt be fulfilled from him, and his children are destitute. If it were to be handed over, that would be extremely harmful to them’. So heasws said: ‘It would be extracted and paid over upon themselves, and they (in turn) would take something out from it and hand it over to others’.
