Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad, from Hareyz, from Umar Bin Yazeed who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘A man flees with his wealth from the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>, and he buys a land with it, or a house. Is there anything upon him with regards to it?’ So heasws said: ‘No, and if he makes it to be an ornament or a carving, so there would be nothing upon him; and what he has prevented himself from its merit is more than what he prevented from a Right of Allahazwj if it happened to be in it’.
