أُتِيَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ بِيَتِيمٍ فَقَالَ خُذُوا بِنَفَقَتِهِ أَقْرَبَ النَّاسِ مِنْهُ مِنَ الْعَشِيرَةِ كَمَا يَأْكُلُ مِيرَاثَهُ .

محمد بن یحیی، احمد بن محمد سے، وہ محمد بن یحیی سے، وہ غیاث بن ابراہیم سے، وہ ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے فرمایا: امیر المومنین صلوات اللہ علیہ کے پاس ایک یتیم لایا گیا، تو آپ نے فرمایا: اس کے قبیلے میں سے اس کے سب سے قریبی رشتہ دار اس کا نفقہ اٹھائیں، جیسے وہ اس کی میراث کھاتے ہیں۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Giyas Bin Ibrahim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘They came to Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> with an orphan, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Get his expenses, the closest of the people to him from the clan, just as they would eat his inheritance’.
