Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from a man, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘They came to Rasool-Allahsaww with captives, so a man was brought forward for his neck to be struck off. So Jibraeelas said to himsaww: ‘Delay this for the day, O Muhammadsaww!’. So hesaww returned him and brought out another one, until he was the last of them. So hesaww called for him for his neck to be struck off, but Jibraeelas said to himsaww: ‘O Muhammadsaww! Yoursaww Lordazwj Conveys the Greetings to yousaww and is Saying to yousaww: “This captive of yourssaww tends to feed the food, and entertains the guests, and is patient upon the difficulties, and he carries the burdens (of others)’. So the Prophetsaww said to him: ‘Jibraeelas informs me from Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic, with regards to you with such and such, and Isaww have hereby emancipated (liberated) you’. So he said to himsaww, ‘Yoursaww Lordazwj Love this?’ So hesaww said: ‘Yes’. So he said, ‘I hereby testify that there is no god except for Allahazwj, and yousaww are Rasool-Allahsaww; and by the Oneazwj Who Sent you with the Truth, I shall not repel anyone from my wealth, ever!’’
