قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) هَلْ صَامَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ آبَائِكَ شَعْبَانَ قَالَ خَيْرُ آبَائِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) صَامَهُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Did any of your<sup>asws</sup> forefathers<sup>asws</sup> Fast during Shaban?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The best of my<sup>asws</sup> forefathers<sup>asws</sup>, Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup>, Fasted it’.
