إِذَا تَقَيَّأَ الصَّائِمُ فَقَدْ أَفْطَرَ وَ إِنْ ذَرَعَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَتَقَيَّأَ فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, altogether from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the Fasting-one vomits, so he has broken his Fast, and if he nauseates from without vomiting, so let him complete his Fast’.
