سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْقَلْسِ وَ هِيَ الْجُشْأَةُ يَرْتَفِعُ الطَّعَامُ مِنْ جَوْفِ الرَّجُلِ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَكُونَ تَقَيَّأَ وَ هُوَ قَائِمٌ فِي الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ لَا يَنْقُضُ ذَلِكَ وُضُوءَهُ وَ لَا يَقْطَعُ صَلَاتَهُ وَ لَا يُفَطِّرُ صِيَامَهُ.
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the regurgitation, and it is the belching which raises the food from inside the man, from without it becoming a vomit, and he is standing during the Prayer. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘That would not break his ablution, nor would it cut off his Prayer, nor would it break his Fast’.
