John Shaqi

الصَّائِمِ يَكْتَحِلُ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ لَيْسَ بِطَعَامٍ وَ لَا شَرَابٍ . عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْفَرَّاءِ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) مِثْلَهُ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Suleyman Al Fara’a, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding the Fasting-one who applies Kohl (in the eyes). He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with it. It is neither a food nor a drink’. <span style="font-size: small">Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Suleyman Al Fara’a, from someone else,</span> (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> – similar to it.
