سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الصَّائِمِ يَسْتَاكُ بِالْمَاءِ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَ قَالَ لَا يَسْتَاكُ بِسِوَاكٍ رَطْبٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the Fasting-one who brushes the teeth with the water. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with it’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He should not brush with the wet toothstick’.
