الرَّجُلِ يَجِدُ فِي رَأْسِهِ وَجَعاً مِنْ صُدَاعٍ شَدِيدٍ هَلْ يَجُوزُ لَهُ الْإِفْطَارُ قَالَ إِذَا صُدِّعَ صُدَاعاً شَدِيداً وَ إِذَا حُمَّ حُمَّى شَدِيدَةً وَ إِذَا رَمِدَتْ عَيْنَاهُ رَمَداً شَدِيداً فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ الْإِفْطَارُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, and someone else, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Ahmad Bin Al Hassan, from Amro Bin Saeed, from Musaddaq Bin Sadaqa, from Ammar Bin Musa, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who found that his head hurts from severe headaches. Is it allowed for him, the breaking?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When the head hurts with a severe headache, and when he is in fever with a severe fever, and his eyes are sore with severe soreness, so the breaking is Permissible for him’.
