Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from hs father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about the man who enters into a Month of Ramazan and he is staying, not intending going out. Then he changes his mind after the entry of a Month of Ramazan that he should travel’. So heasws remained silent, and I asked himasws another time. So heasws said: ‘Staying is superior except if there happens to be for him a need which makes it inevitable for him for the going out in it, or he is fearing upon his wealth’.
