Translation

Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Ays Bin Al Qasim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘When the man goes out during a Month of Ramazan travelling, he should break (nor Fast)’. And heasws said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww went out from Al-Medina to Makkah during a Month of Ramazan, and with himsaww were the people, and among them were the pedestrians. So when hesaww ended up to Kura’a Al-Ghameem, hesaww called for a cup of water during what is between Al-Zohr and Al-Asr. So hesaww drank and broke (did not Fast). Then the people broke along with himsaww; and a group of people were upon their Fasts, so hesaww referred to them as the disobedient ones, and rather, they were seized by the last of the orders of Rasool-Allahsaww’.
