سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ يَعْنِي مُوسَى ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُجَامِعُ أَهْلَهُ فِي السَّفَرِ وَ هُوَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Abdul Malik Bin Utba Al Hashimy who said, ‘I asked Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup>, meaning Musa<sup>asws</sup>, about the man who copulates with his wife during the journey and it is during a Month of Ramazan. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with it’.
