مَنْ نَوَى الصَّوْمَ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ عَلَى أَخِيهِ فَسَأَلَهُ أَنْ يُفْطِرَ عِنْدَهُ فَلْيُفْطِرْ وَ لْيُدْخِلْ عَلَيْهِ السُّرُورَ فَإِنَّهُ يُحْتَسَبُ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ عَشَرَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَ هُوَ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مَنْ جاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثالِها .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Barqy, from Al Qasim Bin Muhammad, from Al Ays, from Najam Bin Huteym, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who intends the Fasting, then goes over to his brother, so he asks him that he should break in his presence, so let him break, and let him enter the joy upon him, for it (the Fast) of that day would be Counted for him as ten days; and these are the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:6#h160"><a href="/books/quran:6#h160">[6:160]</a></a> Whoever comes with a good deed, he shall have ten like it</span>’.
