صَلَّى فِي مَسْجِدِ الْخَيْفِ سَبْعُمِائَةِ نَبِيٍّ وَ إِنَّ مَا بَيْنَ الرُّكْنِ وَ الْمَقَامِ لَمَشْحُونٌ مِنْ قُبُورِ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَ إِنَّ آدَمَ لَفِي حَرَمِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ .

ہمارے اصحاب کی ایک جماعت نے، احمد بن محمد سے، انہوں نے ابنِ ابی نجران سے، انہوں نے مفضل سے، انہوں نے جابر سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے فرمایا: مسجدِ خیف میں سات سو انبیاء نے نماز ادا کی ہے، اور رکنِ (کعبہ) اور مقامِ (ابراہیم) کے درمیان کا علاقہ انبیاء کرام کی قبروں سے بھرا ہوا ہے، اور آدم علیہ السلام بے شک اللہ عزّ و جل کے حرم میں ہیں۔
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Abu Najran, from Al Mufazzal, from Jabir, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Seven hundred Prophets<sup>as</sup> have Prayed in Masjid Al-Khief, and that what is in between the corner (of the Kaaba) and the Standing Place (of Ibrahim<sup>as</sup>) is fraught with the graves of the Prophets<sup>as</sup>, and that Adam<sup>as</sup> is in the Sanctuary of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic’.
