مَنْ أَصَابَ طَيْراً فِي الْحَرَمِ وَ هُوَ مُحِلٌّ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقِيمَةُ وَ الْقِيمَةُ دِرْهَمٌ يَشْتَرِي بِهِ عَلَفاً لِحَمَامِ الْحَرَمِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Safwan Bin Yahya, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Al-Reza<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who hits a bird inside the Al-Harram and he is free (not in Ihram), so upon him is the price, and the price is one Dirham. He buys feed with it for the doves of the Al-Harram’.
