Translation
Ali, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Malik Bin Atiyya, from Abdul A’ala Bin Ayn who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who came across a prey in the unrestricted area, so he tied it down to the side of the Al-Harram. So the prey went with its tying until it entered the Al-Harram, and the rope was in its neck. So the man pulled with his rope until he exited it from the Al-Harram, and the man was not in Ihram. So heasws said: ‘It’s price (as a penalty), and its flesh would be Prohibited like the dead’.
