لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَطُوفَ الْمَرْأَةُ غَيْرَ الْمَخْفُوضَةِ فَأَمَّا الرَّجُلُ فَلَا يَطُوفُ إِلَّا وَ هُوَ مُخْتَتِنٌ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Hareyz, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no problem if the woman circumambulates without having been circumcised, but as for the man, so he should not circumambulate unless he is circumcised’.
