لَيْسَ لِأَهْلِ سَرِفٍ وَ لَا لِأَهْلِ مَرٍّ وَ لَا لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ مُتْعَةٌ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ ذلِكَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُ حاضِرِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرامِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Abdul Kareem Bin Amro, and from Saeed Al A’araj, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no (performing of) <span class="iTxt">Tamatto</span> for the people of Sarf, nor for the people of Marr, nor for the people of Makkah. Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic is Saying <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:2#h196"><a href="/books/quran:2#h196">[2:196]</a></a> that is for him whose family is not present in the Sacred Masjid</span>’.
