Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ismail Bin Marrar, from Yunus, from Sama’at, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah^asws having said: ‘The one in the vicinity of Makkah, when he enters it for Umra during other than the months of the Hajj, Rajab, or Shabaan, or the Month of Ramazan, or other than that from the months, except for the months of the Hajj, Shawwal and Zil-Qadah and Zil-Hijj, the one who enters in it for Umra during other than the months of the Hajj, then intends to wear <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>, so let him go out to the vicinities, and he should wear <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span> from these. Then he should go to Makkah and he should not cut off the <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya</span> until he looks at the House. Then he should circumambulate the House (Kabah), and he should Pray two Cycles by the Standing Place of Ibrahim^as. Then he should go out to Al-Safa and Al-Marwa, so he should circumambulate between these two. Then he should clip (hairs, nails, etc.), and he should free (himself from the <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>). Then he should exclaim the <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya</span> on the day of <span class="iTxt">Al-Tarwiyya</span> (8^th Zilhajj)’.
