لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمَمْلُوكِ حَجٌّ وَ لَا عُمْرَةٌ حَتَّى يُعْتَقَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Al Fazl Bin Yunus, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is neither a Hajj upon the owned slave, nor an Umra, until he is freed’.
