سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَ أَوْصَى بِحَجَّةٍ أَ يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُحَجَّ عَنْهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ الْبَلَدِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ فَقَالَ مَا كَانَ دُونَ الْمِيقَاتِ فَلَا بَأْسَ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Zakariyya Bin Adam who said, ‘I asked Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> about a man who died and bequeathed with a Hajj. Is it allowed that Hajj be performed on his behalf from another city than the one which he died in?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Whatever was besides the juncture, so there is no problem’.
