Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah who said, ‘I asked Abu Al-Hassan Al-Rezaasws about the man who dies, so he bequeaths with the Hajj, from where should the Hajj be performed on his behalf?’ Heasws said: ‘Upon the measurement of his wealth. If there is capacity in his wealth, so from his house, and if there is no capacity in his wealth for it to be performed from his house, then from Al-Kufa. So if there is no capacity for it to be performed from Al-Kufa, so from Al-Medina’.
