لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ تُلَبِّيَ وَ أَنْتَ عَلَى غَيْرِ طُهْرٍ وَ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ .
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Hammad Bin Usman, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no problem with it if you were to exclaim <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya</span> upon other than purity, and upon every state’.
