سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الْخَمِيصَةِ سَدَاهَا إِبْرِيسَمٌ وَ لَحْمَتُهَا مِنْ غَزْلٍ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يُحْرَمَ فِيهَا إِنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ الْخَالِصُ مِنْهُ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Abdul Kareem Bin Amro, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the fabric whose interlace is silk and its weaving is from yarn. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem if he were to wear <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span> in it. But rather, the abhorrence is the pure (silk) from it’.
