قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) مَنْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ فِدَاءٌ صَيْداً أَصَابَهُ وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَإِنْ كَانَ حَاجّاً نَحَرَ هَدْيَهُ الَّذِي يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ بِمِنًى وَ إِنْ كَانَ مُعْتَمِراً نَحَرَ بِمَكَّةَ قُبَالَةَ الْكَعْبَةِ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The one upon whom is Obligated the ransoming of a hunted prey, and he is in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>, so if he was a pilgrim of Hajj so he should sacrifice his offering which is Obligated upon him, at Mina; and if he was a pilgrim of Umra, he should sacrifice at Makkah, facing the Kabah’.
