فِي كِتَابِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) مَنْ أَصَابَ قَطَاةً أَوْ حَجَلَةً أَوْ دُرَّاجَةً أَوْ نَظِيرَهُنَّ فَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ja’far, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Hameed, from Sayf Bin Ameyra, from Mansour Bin Hazim, from Suleyman Bin Khalid, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘In the Book of Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>: ‘The one who kills a sand grouse, or a partridge, or a francolin, or their peers, so upon him is blood (of a sacrificial animal)’.
