John Shaqi

مُحْرِمٍ أَصَابَ صَيْداً قَالَ عَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ قُلْتُ فَإِنْ أَصَابَ آخَرَ قَالَ إِذَا أَصَابَ آخَرَ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ وَ هُوَ مِمَّنْ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ مَنْ عادَ فَيَنْتَقِمُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the one in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span> catching a hunted prey. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Upon him is the expiation’. I said, ‘Supposing he catches another one?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When he catches another, so there is no expiation upon him, and he would be from the one for whom Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Said <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:5#h95"><a href="/books/quran:5#h95">[5:95]</a></a> and whoever returns (to it), Allah will Inflict Retribution on him</span>’.
