Translation

Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from the one who mentioned it, from Aban, from the one who informed him, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘The performer of <span class="iTxt">Tumatto</span> is withheld. He cannot go out from Makkah until he goes out to the Hajj, unless if his slave absconds, or his ride goes astray, so he would go out in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>, and he cannot do so except upon a measurement of what would not make him loose (the day of) Arafaat’.
