John Shaqi

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ لَا بَأْسَ لِلْمُتَمَتِّعِ إِنْ لَمْ يُحْرِمْ مِنْ لَيْلَةِ التَّرْوِيَةِ مَتَى مَا تَيَسَّرَ لَهُ مَا لَمْ يَخَفْ فَوْتَ الْمَوْقِفَيْنِ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ismail Bin Marrar, from Yunus, from Yaqoub Bin Shuayb Al Maysami who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘There is no problem for the performer of <span class="iTxt">Tumatto</span> if he does not wear <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span> from the night of Tarwiyya (8<sup>th</sup> Zil Hijjaj) whenever it is easy for him for as long as he does not fear losing the two pausing stations’.
