الْحَرَمُ فَقِيلَ وَ كَيْفَ لَمْ تَكُنْ عَرَفَاتٌ فِي الْحَرَمِ فَقَالَ هَكَذَا جَعَلَهَا اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hafs Bin Al Bakhtary and Hisham Bin Al Hakam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having been said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Which of the two is superior, the Harram or Arafaat?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The Harram’. So it was said, ‘And how come Arafaat did not happen to be inside the Harram?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘This is how Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Made it to be’.
