لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يُفِيضَ الرَّجُلُ بِلَيْلٍ إِذَا كَانَ خَائِفاً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel Bin Darraj, from one of our companions, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no problem with it if the man were to depart at night when he is scared (for his life)’.
