John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُهُ مِنْ أَيْنَ يَنْبَغِي أَخْذُ حَصَى الْجِمَارِ قَالَ لَا تَأْخُذْهُ مِنْ مَوْضِعَيْنِ مِنْ خَارِجِ الْحَرَمِ وَ مِنْ حَصَى الْجِمَارِ وَ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَخْذِهِ مِنْ سَائِرِ الْحَرَمِ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yaseen Al Zareyr, from Hareyz, from the one who informed him, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘From where is it befitting to take the pebbles (for pelting) the <span class="iTxt">Jamarah</span>?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Do not take it from two places – from outside the <span class="iTxt">Harram</span>, and from the pebbles of <span class="iTxt">Al-Jamarah</span>; and there is no problem with taking it from the rest of the Al-<span class="iTxt">Harram</span>’.
