إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ الْبَدَنَةَ مَهْزُولَةً فَوَجَدَهَا سَمِينَةً فَقَدْ أَجْزَأَتْ عَنْهُ وَ إِنِ اشْتَرَاهَا مَهْزُولَةً فَوَجَدَهَا مَهْزُولَةً فَإِنَّهَا لَا تُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man buys the thin camel, and he finds it to be fat, so it would have sufficed from him; and if he had bought it as thin, and found it as thin, so it would not suffice from him’.
