مَنْ مَاتَ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ هَدْيٌ لِمُتْعَتِهِ فَلْيَصُمْ عَنْهُ وَلِيُّهُ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Fazalat Bin Ayoub, from Muawiya Bin Ammar who said, ‘The one who dies and did not happen to have a sacrificial animal for him <span class="iTxt">Tumatto</span>, so let his guardian Fast on his behalf’.
