John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ فَاتَتْهُ رَكْعَةٌ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ قَالَ يُتِمُّ صَلَاتَهُ ثُمَّ يُكَبِّرُ قَالَ وَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ التَّكْبِيرِ بَعْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ فَقَالَ كَمْ شِئْتَ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ شَيْ‏ءٌ مُوَقَّتٌ يَعْنِي فِي الْكَلَامِ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Al A’ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who misses one Cycle with the Prayer-leader from the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> on the days of Al-Tashreek (11<sup>th</sup>, 12<sup>th</sup> & 13<sup>th</sup> Zilhajj). He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He should complete his <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>, then he should exclaim <span class="iTxt">Takbeer</span>’. And I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the exclamation of the <span class="iTxt">Takbeer</span> after each <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘As many as you so desire to. There is nothing (specifically) Prescribed’ – meaning regarding the speaking’.
